The I-94 can usually be found as a stamp or a card in the passport used to enter the United States. In the event Customs and Border Protection (CBP) does not stamp an immigrant’s passport or provide an I-94 card, the immigrant will likely be able to find their I-94 in its electronic format.
To access the I-94 in its electronic format, you will need the following to access their record:

3 Date of Birth
4 Passport Number
5 Passport’s Country of Issuance
